Squats warm up 10 reps 30#
Squats warm up 10 reps 32#

4 sets, 8 reps

Squats 50#
Stiffed Legged Deadlift 70#
Front Squat 45#
Static Lunges 50#

Then I did a little TF 15.

So cold today brrrrr.

Yesterday, I did 3 blocks from Peak 10 Cardio. Workout w/ warm up, cool down, and workout was 45 min. Today is kettlebell/TRX. BBL
 
No workout again for me today. Took advantage of the recovery week and slept in a bit. I'll do cardio tomorrow.

It's so nice sleeping in with a snow storm going on outside!! We got hit with a lot of snow.

Theresa - He's at the vets right now, we pick him up later today. I hope he's ok. I also hope it doesn't take long for my other two cats to get use to him. They were so happy he was gone yesterday. I hate to see them under stress but hopefully it won't last long.

Theresa - You inspired me. I haven't done Providence in awhile. Wanted to do it yesterday but couldn't get it in. I'm going to try to fit it in this evening. You're getting in good workouts :) How is your shoulder doing?

Debbie - That adjustment period is always tough with a new family member. Nobody is really happy for awhile. I hope it goes smoothly and (relatively) swiftly for you and the monkeys. Enjoy your rest day.

Yesterday, I tried to print out the exercises from workout manager for STS Total Body. I usually do set up the night before, but have been kind of disorganized this week. Anyway, when I tried, a screen came up (twice) that said "Fatal Error ... (something something) :eek: " That's a pretty extreme way to put it, whatever it meant :confused: I didn't have time to write out the exercises and I didn't want to just wing it with the weights. Running short on time, I just went ahead and tried Insanity Cardio Core and Balance. This is a much less intense workout than the others (recovery week), but it does include enough of the moves I was worried about bothering my leg. It was a good test and went fine. I was very happy/grateful. My workouts have been pretty sparse the last couple weeks -- both in time and intensity. Maybe it's a good thing (I shall get fancy and call it my deloading phase :p Yah. All part of the plan ;) ). I did set up STS TB last night - still couldn't get it to print. Theresa got Providence stuck in my head, so I'd like to get that in too. So much has been going on (in addition to my wonky leg) this past week plus, I just don't know. Today will be busy too. Need to spend some time on a schedule/rotation in the next day or so.

My workout this morning started with Amy's Slo Mo Premix Total Body 2. I skipped the abs and stretch. 48 min, 221 calories.I was going to do 3 sets of pull ups with this but my neck and shoulders are a little sore and I woke at 2 am with a terrible head/neck ache. I used ice and advil and crawled back in bed. Woke with a complete headache so it took awhile after some excedrin to go away.
I then did Kelly Coffey's 30 Minutes to Fitness Bootcamp workout 1 30 min. 251 calories, Max HR 157.
I finished off with budokon power and strength omitting the meditations and stopping at the floating push ups because of time. 22 mi, 123 calories. I need to watch/practice the side crow. That one is a tough one. I think I need to move slowly through it to get balanced. Total workout time was 1 hr 40 minutes and calories burned was 595.
Slo Mo weights:
wobble hack squats-17.5 dumbbells 3 sets 8 reps
1 arm lat pull over on ball- 12 dumbbell 3 sets 8 reps
cradle side lunge-45 barbell 2 sets 8 reps
seated row with band and barbell- green Cathe band 3 sets 8 reps
single leg rock up squat with ball- 20 dumbbell 3 sets of 8 then 4 hold
reverse delt fly external rotation-1 set 8 dumbbells 2 sets 10 dumbbells 8 reps
chest around the world(into fly out to pull over and back) 10 dumbbells 2 sets 8 reps
bicep contraction concentration curls 1 set 45 barbell, 2 sets 40 barbell 8 reps
decline tricep dip-Bodyweight 3 sets 8 reps
 
Eats yesterday were going along fine till last night when my son took me to dinner at the local chinese restaurant. I had the egg drop soup, egg roll, shrimp and veggie dish in garlic butter, and a little of the fried rice(I forgot to ask for steamed) Breakfast was a egg white, chocolate whey, oat pancake with raspberry fruit spread, lunch was a bowl of light soup canned, and snack was mixed berries with Gaspari vanilla whey.

Lori, I haven't tried loading worksheets since the new workout manager was introduced. I have had no problem in the past. I usually print more than one and keep printed blank work sheets in a folder. Makes it easer. I am glad that things are going so well:D

Teddy, enjoy Push Play. I think I have that around here. I don't remember doing it though.

Theresa, I ordered the New Rules of Lifting ab training book. From what I understand they use the TRX for some moves along with other options.

Riselyn, good job with the weights. I do not like the cold.
 
Debbie, I hope the little kitties start getting along. I read your post a few days ago about the new little one showing up...it would be sooo hard to not keep the sad little guy! Poor kitty.

Yesterday I did Circuit Blast, which is pretty fun, but today so far nothing yet. I'll probably go to yoga later.
 
So I went to yoga, which was fine, but right before class as I was sitting on my mat I started to send a text, then I tucked my phone in my bag and after class when I was looking for it in my bag (after getting to my car), it was gone. I went back in, but another class was already in the room, so they wouldn't let me go in to check myself. Later when I called in, they hadn't found it in the room...I can't imagine anywhere else it could be, the window of time/distance from last using it to discovering it missing is so small! Grrr! frustrated!
