Happy Monday

Hi Cathe! Happy Monday to you too! I started my morning with Step Moves followed by yoga inspired abs from ab circuits. I have no idea how you do those levitation holds! My feet just stay firmly planted on the ground! And then when you extended your legs? Is there some trick camera work involved? ;)

Its hotter than heck outside, so I'm hiding inside at work:p
After I get home, I will be tucked away inside my nice, cold, A/C basement and am doing the 1st disc of M2W3. I think its #19. Was looking at the workout card earlier - oof! Up barbell, up!!!:p;):rolleyes:

Started this fine Monday off with a cardio circuit..aerobics,trampoline,step. Worked biceps and triceps with 8 pound dumbells. Did abdominal crunches on a stability ball. Finished up with 20 minute yoga session. After work I will head the the gym for 30 minutes on the elliptical and then work on legs, chest and back.
 
Hi Cathe, I`m in my last week of STS and I just wanted to say thank you. I`m in the best shape of my life and I can`t believe how heavy I can lift now! Enjoy your day.

Hi Cathe!

Saw on Facebook that you were going to be on OD, so I came here right away!

I did Disk 31 Chest and Back today. I finished your STS rotation w/SC close to a month ago, and decided to do Meso 3 again, after 1 week of rest. I am surprised that I like the heavy lifting so much!

Just ate lunch veg soup and crusty artisan bread w/ a little butter, and drinking green tea, also. Got to get back to work now, though...

Also, I'll be trying to sign up for TX tomorrow, so will be happy and lucky to see you again so soon(after SD RT)! (Well, that's if I get in).

I hope you are having fun creating things over at Zazzle. My daughter has created several things(mugs and t-shirts) for presents. It's a lot of fun over there!

Hi Cathe :)

Just sat outside an read a fitness magazine that told me to eat less fruit, eat more fruit, cycle more, run less, run more, cycle less... a bit mind numbing. One thing that all those crazy articles had in commin was that HiiT is fantastic so i've decided to add that to my agenda for today!

We need you to write a magazine... all these others have gone totally bananas!

It's so nice to see you on the OD forum! I've had a busy day playing catchup after a relaxing weekend. I've done several loads of laundry, grocery shopping, cooking (I whipped up enough brown rice to last a week), and I'm going out for a run tonight. I'm doing a 5K this weekend and I've got work to do if I want to beat my last time. :eek:

How Fun Molly2222 and Linda are going to the Texas RT :D that its so excited!!! I'm a bit sad because I cannot come to any of the coming RT:( but I hope I'll do it later and maybe I can bring my friend Pam and get to meet her in person:D yayayyay!

I'm in my last two weeks too. I'm ending out at 200 pound squats and 100 pound bench presses. The calendar and workout manager make it easy to use and change, what a great program Cathe, thank you!

I've spent the day getting stuff done around the house. Later today I'm doing Butts & Guts; I'm going to add ankle weights for the first time, hoping for some DOMS!

Hi Cathe!! Today was Low Impact Circuit. I did it with two risers for the first time and HOLY COW what a difference those extra inches make!! :eek: Ouch!! A good ouch!! Not much outdoor time because of the crazy winds and all sorts of things flying around!! Gonna take a well deserved hot bath tonight for recovery!

Hi Cathe - I had my favorite power meal (brown rice, dump a can of white meat chicken, half can of spicy diced tomatoes and half small avacado microwave for 1 min. quick/easy/delish). Love it.

I have Muscle Max on tap for later today, but I'll probably do the timesaver premix.

I've lost several inches since December and lovin' it thanks to your rotations and the supportive friends of the forum. I've learned so much from you. Thank you.
