I think this week i'm goin to stick with what i've been doing the month of June
Day 1: Circuit
Day 2: HITT(IMAX's)
Day 3: Total Body
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Circuit
Day 6: Cardio
Then next week cut back on cardio and start doing gym style workouts
Sunday I did LIC
Today I did Imax 3:)

Added new pictures they were taken in May of this year

Hi Randi! I'm a Happy Excited Road Tripper!!!!! It really is coming up soon now isn't it? It was exciting to see the Road Trip Tips on the Road Trip forum.

I was waiting for the July rotation but not sure I'll do it, doesn't look all that challenging so I may choose something else.

Eating so far today has been steel cut oats w/apple and pumpkin pie spice - but it's only 9:30!:7 I'm trying really, really hard to be extra good!

my workout for today is Step Fit and S & H Legs/ Shoulder!
I don't have Step Fit! It should come this week!!! I am not sure what Cardio I will do???

Randi I like your pic. at the beach:) Do you alway do your own rotations? I wouldn't know what to do!!LOL!

Another excited road tripper here:D I was going over the list of what to bring in the other thread...4 workout outfits...WOW! I am having a problem finding workout shorts that I like. I found a pair at Dick's- Ativa, but all they had was black and white.

Anywho- today is Step Sweatfest.

No I dont always do my own rotation. Lately I just wanted to do my own thing:) I usually do Cathes and Fitnessfreaks rotation.
Usually Dick's has good workout outfits.

I have the same problem with workout shorts.

Me and another Catheite was having trouble deciding on a rotation for this month so I came up with week one:

today - Body Max 2
Tues - Butts & Guts
Wed - LIC
Thurs - Muscle Endurance
Fri - Imax 2
Sat - HSC
Sun - off

Then we're going to add either the first or second week of the November 04 rotation.

Girls!! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I had a very nice weekend. We went to dinner with my neighbors (2 other couples and their kids) on Friday night. It was so funny because it's a new pizza joint that just opened up and when we got there, our other neighbors were there and more kept showing up. It was like a block party. Anyway after dinner we all got together and drank pina coladas and watched movies until midnight. Shawn and I then went to the movies on Saturday and Saturday night went BACK over to the neighbors and watched another movie. So I'm movied and neighbored out LOL.

I didn't work out Friday or Saturday but yesterday I did CC #4 and ab work. I think this week I will do Barry's Bootcamp. I'm feeling like I need to get more cardio in this week.

Good Morning RTers!

Today I ran 3 miles and then did S&H Chest, Back and abs and tacked on the triceps portion. Tonight will be yoga class. I don't usually do quite so much in one day, but will be going out of town and am doing double-duty workouts. 39 more day until RT,ladies!:D

Randi--I am impressed with your rotation.

Tina--Your breakfast sounded yummy!

Belinda--I am subbing CF for Step Fit tomorrow. Haven't done CF in ages. I made a swap on the VF Board, my yoga dvd for Step Fit and Step Works, but don't have them yet.

Tess--Did you see any good movies this weekend that you would recommend?

Gin - I saw Sicko this weekend. It was really worth seeing but I love Michael Moore. If you're not in to socio/political liberal-biased documentaries then it's probably not your cup of tea. :p
 
Hey Girls!

I'm typing in between millions of pop ups from the d*@!# computer virus!!! Hopefully we get the fixed computer back soon!! I can't take it anymore...

Went away with mom this weekend to Mohegan Sun in Connecticut and saw Stevie Nicks! Wow! She is almost 60 and looks and sounds amazing!!! What a great concert. Did some gambling, made my donation to the casino (hehe) and had a ball.

Just wanted to chime in and say that Friday night I saw Sicko and Tess I agree... what a great movie. I am so upset now I want to do something. I went to the website but this virus made it impossible to be on for long so I will try again. Michelle and Gin and anyone, no matterwhat political party, go see it!!! I would have to say it is pretty bipartisan and from what I heard republicans are even backing Michael Moore on this one. Just my HO.

Did not workout yet today as I just got home a little whle ago from Conn. I may attempt to do PUB in a bit, but if not I will do it in the ealy AM and then go teach Cardio/Sculpt from there.

Well I'm ashamed to say I haven't worked out since Thursdayx(
Today I started Fitnessfreak's 'One Body Part Rotation 2'. Today's workout was; Chest (PS and BM2), CTX All Step cardio and abs. I'm not sure if I'll stick with this rotation though. I'm trying to lose a few more pounds before the road trip so I'm thinking of doing a rotation with more cardio.

Laura- I really like the BC/ME premix. I wish I had the exercises written down so I could tell you what they are. I only remember some of them. You basically do a BC cardio, leg work, then upper body using the weight work from both BC and ME.

Randi- What kind of results did you have with your June rotation? I'm thinking of trying something like that.

Tina- Good luck with your eating today. That's always my problem area. I seem to start out good in the morning then it's all downhill from there. I've had a terrible sweet tooth lately for some reason.

Belinda- You could probably sub any of Cathe's step workouts for Step Fit. Hope you get your workout soon.

Michelle and Belinda- I found these pair of Nike shorts that I really like.

I bought a couple of pairs. I usually wear cropped pants but I like these shorts alot.

Tina- I like your rotation. It looks tough.

Tess- Sounds like you had a fun weekend. I went and saw Ratatouille this weekend. It was really good (but I'm a big Disney and Pixar fan). I was interested in Sicko but my DH doesn't like Micheal Moore. I'll probably watch it when it comes out on DVD.

Gin- Sounds like you had a great workout. I really like Step Works. It's one of my favorite Cathe pure step workouts. Alot of people complain about the BPMs being too high but I think that just adds to the intensity.

Vicki- Looks like we both posted at the same time. Sorry about your computer problems. Sounds like you had a great weekend. I'll try to talk my DH into seeing Sicko since this is an area that concerns me. Thanks for the recommendation.

If your still trying to loose weight then I would go with a rotation like mine since it has more cardio or any of a muscle endurance/cardio rotation. JMO
Mine helped me slim down:)

Hello.

Today was B&G Leg Blast premix. I was suppose to do a cardio after, but I was running too late before work to fit it in. This weekend was very busy. I ended up being in the ER with my fiance Saturday night. He passed out and fell when we were out to dinner with some friends. This is the 3rd time in 2 years this has happened. The first few times they just said it was probably a severe stomach bug or food poisionng. This time they were more extensive in testing. Still didn't really find the cause, but feel one cause is vasovagal syncope (vagus nerve) which is a protective reaction to drop him to the floor for better blood flow to the brain. I know I am rambling here. I think my finace is more embarrassed about passing out in a nice restaurant on a Saturday night and being hauled out by an ambulance than finding out what is actually causing it all!!

I managed to fit in LoMax plus leg blasts on Sat. and HSC on Sunday. I am extremely tired from lack of sleep this weekend. I need to step up the workouts---it is crunch time for my wedding and the RT!!!!!

I agree that it is hard to find cute workout clothes for the RT. I will probably end up wearing the same clothes I have been wearing for awhile. I have bought a few things, but it is so hard to find something that is cute AND hides all of my sweat!!!
