Birthday Blessings!!!!
Beloved Ones:
This was such a special birthday for me. The weather was beautiful. God blessed me with an abundance of birthday calls and messages today, and I am feeling the love of all my Cathe friends tonight. :7
I woke up early this morning, had a blast with the Body Max 2 cardio blast premix (which was filmed on my birthday last year) and returned to all my check-ins. :7 I feel more “connected” again. I am such a people person. I need the fellowship of my check-ins!
I had a delightful and delicious birthday with a blueberry pancake for a treat this morning (courtesy of a precious friend) and chocolate amaretto cheesecake for dessert tonight. :9 Yummy! :9 Oh, I enjoyed a glass of sweet tea too! :9
I had fun with my Cathe cardio workout this morning. :7 Food does not thrill me anymore. I enjoy it, but it does not rock my world. Cathe cardio is better than cheesecake! :7 Next weekend will involve celebration eating because Mom is making a Texas Sheet Cake just for me. :9 I am looking forward to eating purely to bless my body after Labor Day. July was about fasting and freedom. August has been about feasting and fun. It is time to return to a focus on fitness!
