Susan, really cute hair for "before". I love that color--I have tried a similar color but I couldn't pull it off like you do. Also like the curls--I only have waves (looks like I have a dying perm all the time). What kind of cut are you thinking of getting?

Nancy - the curlygirl.com website took me to a musician's website - is that the one you meant? I wish I could go to a salon that is dedicated to curly hair. I think I'd feel less threatened! Maybe one day I'll go to New York City to have my hair cut. Let me know how it goes, OK?

I visit naturallycurly.com all the time. It's like the cathe.com site during pre-sale time in that my credit card always gets a little nervous, there are so many great things to buy and try.

Thanks, Susan!! I actually just got more layers & a LOT of thinning done last week. (there was a TON of hair on the floor!) It was about 2" longer and just too poofy!! I have been using this product called CHI Silk Infusion that I really like and Biolege's Gelee. My hair stylist is a friend & knows how to do my layers so I don't end up w/ the pyramid look. And the best thing... it's only $16. ;-)

I think you should still get a haircut. Really a trim & a little shaping. Not b/c you need it, but b/c haircuts are pampering, ego boosting & fun!
