I am so disappointed that Cathe does not have anything similar to Gym Style coming up in her soon to be filmed new videos! Does anyone get results from full body endurance workouts? They don't do much for me!
Hi! Right now I am doing one day of MM and one day of ME a week and I have maintained all of my gains but I have not progressed and so I am going back to Slow and Heavy but I also love the GS workouts.

I too love GS! I do 1 body part a day so I usually do GS + 1 other (usually ends up about 20-30 minutes)
Somestimes its GS Shoulders + SH Shoulders or GS Shoulders + ME Shoulders.... Just an idea for you
I like the gym styles, but you can use Slow and Heavy much the same manner. I am doing full body endurance weight workouts and circuits now, and I have maintained. I like to mix it all up.
