Hi, thanks for your post! How my rotation came about was that I am trying to incorporate more leg work and more cardio slowly into my routine (have a history of knee issues), but I didnt want to sacrifice my upper body gains and I also just wasnt in the mood for a one body part per day rotation either. I havent really come up with a set-in-stone rotation, but I was thinking something like....
--GS BBS + standing legs
--Kickboxing + abs
--GS CT + HIIT cardio
--floor legs + CoreMax section
--GS BBS + Kickboxing premix or some other shorter cardio
--Standing legs + abs
--GS CST + HIIT cardio
--floor legs + CoreMax
I know there's no rest day, and there's 8 days there, but I dont really plan my rotations on a 7 day schedule all the time. I just take rest days when I need them or when life throws something unexpected my way then I dont feel like I "messed up" or got "out of order" on my rotation. Plus having floor legs and abs in there is kind of rest day since there's no impact. I usually do 2 floor work segments for a longer workout. My "rotation" still needs to be fine-tuned, might end up doing a total body workout in place of GS twice or maybe doubling and doing both the GS UB workouts on the same day. Decision Decisions!!!
