I find the device extremely useful. I feel it is helping me form better habits. It is helping me keep my portions under control. I think twice about how I'm going to dip into my calorie reserve now! More importantly, it is getting me off my butt when I'm not working out!
I have no trouble getting into my gym every day. What I didn't realize is that I was lazy the rest of the time.
This little device is getting me moving again!
What is GWF?
Wendy - I got it b/c I don't eat enough. It is irritating to me and I know it is hurting what I am doing. .
That was my problem too. I never realized I was burning as many calories as I am. I was eating between 1200 and 1300 calories (maybe) and going no where fast. I'm now eating about 1600 or more and losing weight. I also learned I need to weigh my food. My eyes are smaller then my stomach. I'm always amazed how much more meat, or potatos or whatever I need to add to my plate over what I guess is the right amount.
I love the tool. I'm going to say you don't NEED it, but I'm sure you'll like it.
