GS or PS?

I've been using SH for over a month and while I've seen great results in terms of strength gains, I'd like to try a different series. I can't decide between GS and PS. I'm looking to increase endurance and get more definition.

Thanks:)

GS and PS are both for strength- and mass-gaining. For endurance, I'd suggest PH, MM, ME, BodyMax, CTX-UB split and LL. Circuit-type workouts like BC, CM and the high step workouts will also give you endurance as well.

I agree with Pinky - for endurance pick one of the workouts she mentioned. I personally recommend Muscle Max (it's my current favorite endurance workout). The bicep section of MM is a little short, but I just add on a couple sets of regular or hammer curls and I'm good to go. There's a fun factor associated with MM that I don't seem to find with PH. ME would be my second choice.

I am a dissenting voice here. If you don't have the GS series, you MUST get it! Using GS and S&H in tandem will give you wonderful muscle development results.

I do not like endurance weight training (MM, PH, etc.). When I weight train, I want to focus specifically on individual muscle groups, and I don't like feeling "rushed". The endurance workouts just don't give me what I'm looking for in a weight training workout.

So, if you are like me and want to focus on individual muscle groups, get the GS series. It is my favorite!!! Actually, I think if you have the GS series, the Pyramids, and S&H, you have everything you need to mix and match some awesome weight training workouts. Get Power Hour for those weeks when you want to "take it easy" (I put the quotes around that because no Cathe workout is ever "easy") with your weight training.
