I feel a bit embarrassed but I seem to have developed a groin strain on the right hand side. Plie squats and straddle stretches are painful and I can't go wide because of pain. I was wondering if anyone else had had something similar and how they recovered?
I suppose not doing plie squats is the obvious one but any suggestions/tips welcome.
