I think there is a Pyramid rotation in the Rotations tab of the Workout Manager, but I made this up for myself for this month (it has those tough 4 cardios you mentioned in another thread!). Ever since I read the article posted here by Rebekah I have been really motivated to give the Pyramids my all! I hope to increase my weights each week and freak my muscles out
