Type in the URL of your pic, starting with http// and no other tags. I don't know if large pictures will post, but here's an example:

Thanks for the e-mail!

One way is to go to your picture page. Then put your cursor in the address bar and right click, choose "copy" and then go to your profile page. (Make sure the picture is small. You may have to shrink a picture on the computer before uploading it.)

Then put your cursor in the slot for the URL for the pic, right click, and choose "paste." Also make sure that the URL ends in "jpg" and not some other extension name, like html or something.
