I just saw a post on Facebook that I think means all the workouts have been filmed!!! If that is
Right, I believe that must be record-time!!! Maybe we'll get them sooner than mid-Dec!!!
One can wish!!!

Whoa. That is quick. Cathe's arms are beyond buff! Her biceps are just popping. I hope mine get like that with these workouts - from the giant sets maybe?

I think they do. Cathe said once that between shoots they just have time to change clothes, fix hair and they are off to the next workout! Just one of Cathe's wipes me out for the day! I can't imagine doing them back to back and still smiling!
