Gin Miller's Intense Moves

Okay, a lovely person got me a Collage GC for my birthday ;) I've been eying this workout for a while. If you have it, do you like it? How does it compare to Cathe, intensity-wise? The workout is listed as Advanced on Collage. Is it?

I love Gin and think she has a great personality. Should I take the plunge and get this one?
 
I love this workout. The choreography is a lot simpler than Cathe's though. It is just basic moves but they really get your heart rate up. I guess it's more athletic feeling and less dancy than Cathe. If you liked the preview, it's probably a good indication of what the rest of the workout will be like.
 
I love this one. It was my first interval workout. As is, it's not as intense as the IMAXes, but since the moves are simpler and more athletic, it's really easy to jack up the intensity on them.

I'm a big Gin fan. I really love her personality.
 
I love this one too! Short (just 42 minutes for warm-up + the cardio, not counting the cool down at the end) but boy, does it kick my butt! I always feel deliciously spent at the end. I've had it for about a year and have probably done it 25 times, and am not bored of it.
 
I also like this one.....and oldie but a goodie. IA not as intense as IMAX's but a nice w/o. It does have more of a rest period between the intervals but you can really crank up the intervals if you want to. IMO, b/c of the rest periods it is closer to a HIIT workout than IMAX's. Enjoy and let us know what you think.
 
I just love Gin Miller! This was my first interval step workout, and though I haven't done it in a while, it always kicked my butt!

You won't be disappointed!

Shelley--I have this one on VHS and have had it for years. It kicks my butt so much that I rarely ever do it. I thinks it's incredibly tough. However, the moves are so easy choreography wise that it actually gets a little boring for me. I like a little choreography in my step workouts. :)
Gin is an absolute no-nonsense stepper. She's all about getting your heart rate up and kicking butt. You'll really, really like this workout. I might just have to pull it out soon, myself!
