Hi everybody!
Im a long time fan of Cathe workouts but ive hit a snag and was wondering if I could get some advice. As I get older, I noticed that when I fall off the workout wagon, its even HARDER than it was to get back into it. Even some of the most basic workouts give me DOMs for days. I know part of my success would involve just starting with lower weights than what Cathe uses, but can anyone give me their recos for the workouts they feel are the best ones to use when starting back?
I have a streaming membership but I feel like Im really not taking full advantage of it.
