GETTING IT DONE January 2016 - January 2020

Happy Monday!

Feeling the DOMS from last night's BodyPump, so went with ICE LIS and IC2 to loosen things up.

Belinda - I hear ya on the minimizing, but right now we have extra stuff for when the kids move out, so it will be a few years for us. We talk about downsizing, but like the area we live so will just have to keep stuff for a bit longer.

Today got in another workout - Butt Bible L1 LB. Needed an easier wo since I plan to go to bootcamp class tomorrow. Heading out now to the grocery store to avoid the crowds tomorrow. Hope you had a good one!

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. I did got all my workouts in. Today I did Total Body Cardio HIIT = 40 min. That was a tough one :) i also did JS D8 Cardio interval Sculpt.

Hi all!

Just finished LM Pump & Shred. Finishing up our portion of the food to bring tomorrow. Starting off the day with a Turkey Trot. Doing the big one downtown, so they'll be about 17,000 people running.

Heidi - Hope you are recovering.

Belinda - Good job on your workouts today.

Sorry for not posting my workouts for the last few day's, I did all my workouts :) Today I did SBF D12 Total Body Barre 2 = 45 min and JS D10 Upper Body.

Thursday we did the Turkey Trot in the morning before the big meal later in the day. Hope all of you enjoyed yours.
Friday - some shopping mixed with time with the kids. Both are already back to campus (big football game today).
Today - Slept in this morning, so didn't make it to ballet, but did do LM Pump revolution a bit ago. Also doing laundry and some online shopping to get things bought for the extended family.

Belinda - great job keeping up on your workouts through the holidays, and 10K steps before 9 a.m. ?! AWESOME!

Hope you are getting much accomplished during this holiday weekend.

I did another SBF Stretch today, that's it.

Sherry - great job on your workouts as well. Did you go xmas shopping? I did a little shopping on line on Black Friday. Bought a few Fablatics workout clothes.

Today DH and I went to bootcamp class. Loved it! Learning how to pick my weights, which is heavier but not too heavy because there are fewer reps but also need to last all the way through the class.

Enjoyed my long weekend. Did some shopping all days both at stores and online. Working my way through the list of gifts to buy. Put the Christmas lights up outside, and put the tree up inside, but holding off on more than just lights right now. Waiting to see how the cats do with it. And the new dog (tail whacking, etc.).

Belinda - I might need just that stretch tomorrow. Hope you were able to spend time with your kids, too.

That's it for today. Been on the go, and need to just relax for a bit before the work week starts. Until tomorrow . . .

STS M2 D14 legs + SBF Int/Adv Bare + 3 mile walk + JS D13 Barre Sculpt is done. I only will workout like this until Jan, than I will back off a bit.

Today was dog training, so no wo. She's come a long way from when we first started.

Belinda - Awesome wo's the past few days. I do think you might need to back off a bit in Jan. but you are definitely killing it now!

Tonight not feeling quite as energetic, so tried LMP Flow. Was ok, but I have other dvd's much better for stretching/flexibility, so not at the top of my list.

Belinda - You are rocking it! Keep it up!

Today is my 34 Anniversary. DH and I did JS WS3 D16 TB + LS Walk to the Hits party songs is done.
I will do STS D15 tomorrow, running out of time.

Good morning! Woke up to find both cats in the Xmas tree. Fortunately I expected some issues this first Xmas with all the critters, so only had lights on the tree so far.

Haven't worked out the past 2 days - too much going on, and so need to make exercise a priority, so in that spirit, already finished HiiT 40/20, and now heading off to meet the kids for brunch.

Belinda - Happy Anniversary! You are rockin' it with STS - keep it up - you will finish it . . . again!

Tried something new last night when we cot together with friends - champagne jello. Didn't like the way it turned out - no bubbles. I think I need to let it cool more before adding the champagne. I put strawberries in it, so it was somewhat healthy. LOL!

Now need to shower and head out. Have a good and productive day!
