GETTING IT DONE January 2016 - January 2020

Good morning!

Up early this morning to get in the 3 mile run that I didn't do yesterday 'cause of all the prom activities with my DD. However, as the runs are supposed to get longer, not sure if runs before work will continue to be an option.

Heidi - Yay! You are getting wo's in. But how are those glutes today?

Belinda - Nice taking long walks with your DH, on top of your other wo's.

OK I am now following a couple gals with the new ICE program. Doing Level 1 to start off.
So today is RSK. This should loosen up my legs I think. I hope anyway. HEHE

ICE RSK IS COMPLETED! :) Great sweaty workout I loved it!

I don't know why I tend to avoid kickbox routines....

This did help with the legs. Kicks were low at first due to tight hamstings.

Today I did Bikini Body = 60 min. The dvd had two 30 min workouts. The fist one is Boot Camp and Muscle Conditioning . I really liked both workouts.

Heidi - wtg, on your workouts this week.

My DD is here is week. Sorry, I don't have a lot of time for personals this week.

I am feeling everything! YEAH! Tomorrow calls for a rest day. I will do a run/and or bike. It is my cooking and prepping for next
week day as well.

Sunday I will be out with my Mom for most of the day.

Today I ran 3 miles - after work in the heat - definitely not as good/fast as the morning runs have been . . . maybe I should covert to the a.m.?

Only a few more days of craziness here. My parents will be here for DD's graduation, so I might be hit or miss for a few days. Check-in when I can.

Today: ICE LIS timesaver with core 2

My DVD was acting up and skipping so had to keep going back to replay it. :/ Either that my DVD player is on the frits.
Tomorrow is CLB I think and if it doesn't work I will use my computer.

Belinda: Awesome job on your workouts and walks! :) I miss my walks/runs with my DD.

Sherry: Busy Busy for you lately. Great job sneaking in what you can. :)

Off to cook dinner of sorts. Not sure if anyone is really hungry due to the weather being so humid and muggy. Torrential rains today with thunderstorms on and off.

CLX Burn Circuit 2 is done. I really like CLX. Once I am done with the 200 dvd's done, I will do a full rotation with CLX.

We're done with everything related to high school as of last night after the soccer team banquet!

Tonight was a dog walk and a 4 mile run. Looking forward to having a free-er schedule so that I can focus on running. And cross training. And core work.

Belinda - Over 100 dvd's done, so you are already planning for your next rotation? Love it! Keep going!

Heidi - Maybe something just needs to be cleaned? Disc or player? Good thing you have the computer option.
