After I am done with my coffee I will do SBF Mat 3 = 35 min + XTrain Legs = 52 min + JS Cardio Barre Wo = 15 min.
Sherry - high fives on BM2 Double UB premix. Tough one too! When I only did Suzanne Bowen Barre workout w/lighter weights….my appetite was normal. I started XTrain 2 weeks ago, my appetite is going up. I eat more protein, vegetables, fruits. I stopped eating so much yogurt, I eat it almost every day. I cut down on dairy. I eat a lot of hard boiled eggs, fried eggs with a little olive oil. I don't eat a lot of carbs, try to eat carbs once a day. I do eat chocolate lately, but only one or to pieces but not every day. I started Xtrain because my husband couldn't do Barre with me anymore, it was hurting his hip too much. I wanted to lift heavy again and he wanted me to do it with himwe love working out together
I really love, love Barre workouts. They do wonders for my body. Barre leaned and toned me out what other workouts couldn't do. Not even STS
Jessica, I her workouts are fun and I just love her. Plus, all those different instructors have a different style in workouts. I picked up on my workouts in Dec, so I wouldn't gain a lot of weight during the holiday's
I lost a lot of weight the last few month and I would like to keep my weight that way
One more thing, I don't have junk in my house either.
