Getting it done for December 2014

Heidi - Belated Happy Birthday! Sounds like your DH spoiled you right.

I can't believe how this head cold knocked me down. I'm finally starting to feel like myself again, just in time to head out of town to visit the family. Finishing those last minute errands was wearing me out. After these holidays, can't wait to start the new wo's.

Belinda - Keep up the great work! Good luck getting through all your DVD's this coming year. You'll need to keep track and tick them off, one by one.

Heidi - Can't wait to try the new ones. Already noted, go a bit lighter (in reference to your bicep post).

Not sure how much chance I'll get to log in, so wishing you now a Very Merry Christmas!

I am done with all my workouts. I did XT BS Bic & Triceps! I also did SBF Christmas Upper + Adv. Upper Body Core.

Sherry - wishing you and your family a Very Marry Christmas! Glad you feeling better.

I ended up doing Turbo Fire EZ 45 and SBF Christmas Lower body, not adv. upper core. It wasn't on the schedule for today.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. Both my kids kept me busy, lol. Hope you all had a wonderful xmas. What fitness related items did you get? The only thing fitness stuff I got this year was a yoga mat strap:p No fitness dvd's:oops:

Yesterday I did LM Plyo = 30 min and SBF Christmas stretch = 30 min.

Today I will do XT CBT = 54 min and SBF TB Tabata = 27 min. I also will JM workout for today(?).

I just did XT CSB, I also did RWH low impact #1. Oh, I also walked my dogs yesterday, will walk them this afternoon.

Sorry for not being able to check in busy here too with my kids. :) We had a good day yesterday. No fitness stuff for me but I did get some great loose leaf tea! YUMMY!

No workouts last couple of days.

Was up very early for I had work today. I did get in my workout:
RWH: Circuit upper body. PHEW! I could not muster the strength for Cathe's weights. Especially on the shoulder moves. Nice over all workout. These workouts are very different from her other DVD's. ;)

OK DONE! Great low impact Hiit with weights and abs with weights. Used same weights as Cathe for it wasn't really over head shoulder moves.

Most likely my Glutes will be talking at me later! LOL!

This morning I did XT Cardio Leg Blast and SBF abs + waist/legs.

Heidi - we know you busy. High fives on RWH Low Impace Hiit #2 and bonus abs#1 w/weights. And no, I didn't get the new series. My friend got the new set after I told her about it, lol. She let me use it. I only done 1 workout so far. How was the pie?

Plan today is : XT Cardio Leg Blast and Cathe's new HiiT Low Impact #2. And SBF, not sure what's on the schedule for today? That one looks like fun and I like the music. If this keeps it up, I am gonna have to order the new series. Liking it so far:eek:

We're back home now. Ate way too much of the not good for you stuff while we were gone. And the head cold is gone! Plan to day is to get in a run - an easy one since I haven't done anything for 2 weeks - and maybe break open one of the new wo's, if the run doesn't do me in.

Great job keeping up with your wo's over the holidays. I'm sure it's helping your waistlines.

Belinda - Yay! You are still enjoying XTrain. also looks like you downloaded some of the new wo's - couldn't resist? ;) Not taking down the Xmas stuff just yet - I'll give it a few more days.

Heidi - Looks like the new wo's are giving you some nice doms. Can't wait to get started. Definitely won't be able to do Cathe weights at first, but that's only at first. ;) Keep up the great work!

Time to get something in me before my run. Yep, we are enjoying sleeping in while all of us are off. BBL to report my wo.

Maybe I need to give it another try, or maybe I was tired form XT Cardio leg Blast:oops: I didn't like XT Cardio Leg Blast the first time either, now I love it:( go figure!

Sherry - I got the set from my friend, she isn't using it right now. I can try before I buy:p Glad you feeling much better. Did you get your run in?
