Get your GLUTES & GUNS download!

Hmmm, my suggestion was about a bonus for the people who paid upfront $$ for the standalone new series, not for those of us who already subscribe to OD (FWIW I do). That wouldn’t be everyone. The money would have already been spent to film/produce the bonus download for the calendar, so offering it to the new series purchasers wouldn’t be like making an entire new workout with those associated costs. Some people don’t want downloads anyway and wouldn’t accept the offer. It’s just a suggestion since the delay has been long in comparison to earlier series. It’s not an indictment of Cathe or SNM—I am not assigning “blame"—just a thought as a possible goodwill gesture by a business. :)

....There is certainly cost behind good quality workout filmed in studios. Cathe dot com is running a business.
This hasn't been clarified by SNM. It could be like a Cathe LIVE, in the gym, no chaptering, etc ... they haven't clarified the format. It's a workout is all we know. Is it short, like an add-on or bonus, or a full-length 40-60 minute workout? They haven't said.

Thank you for this extra enticement.

Can you share any details, like where it was filmed (studio or gym), length, how many sets of dumbells, etc? Is it chaptered? Is it a circuit or is the glute work separate from the bicep work? Will it be available for purchase later if you don't order a calendar? Will it become available to On-Demand subscribers? TIA
Just a few details …38 minutes, alternates legs and biceps, heavy or light weight can be used (we used 10-20 pounds dumbbell sets) and it is free with calendar purchase ❤️

There has been a cost to offer the usual quality we purchase.

Now that we have had details of the workout, I can confirm the workout was conceived exclusively as a calendar add on. It is a Cathe dot com term and condition. Marketing

Oh..... I am all pumped up looking forward to every single minute of the G&G. I will opt 4 a BUILDING weight range.

Here's a link to a free leg CatheLive leg download that you could try as well. As Debinmi says. not sure it
still works, but you could try........ (from another thread)

I don't know if this offer is still viable, but you could try it and experiment with a download for free with it if it's still viable:

DeannaTS mentioned never trying downloads..sounds like it's the process of getting a download and the experience?

So if that's what she meant, then it wouldn't matter what type of workout the download was...it would be good practice with the process of accessing downloads.

Thank you, aquagirl, hopefully it works because I'd like to practice the download process myself since I don't have experience with it myself .

You are all correct, I have never done a download & am so tech challenged, so I am going to start here. Also, because of where I live, our interned is not always reliable & cuts out often so there is that. I assume we can put downloads onto a flash drive thingy? And then use in a DVD player? IF downloaded onto the computer, can you cast them to your TV?

I can reply about the flash drive - yes you can use it in your DVD player  if it has a USB port. As far as casting ... IDK, I connected my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable. Hope you have success with a new digital adventure!
