Any reviews of the 4th download would be great! :)
I was finally able to fit this into a rotation and I did it for the first time today.

Good, thorough workout. My back is now officially really really pumped, because on Saturday I did the 4-rounds version of ICE's Muscle Meltdown Back and then Monday I did STS 2.0 Super Sets which had barbell rows in it, too.

She definitely hits the back pretty good in this. I don't have the STS pull-up bar, so when she did pull-ups, I did barbell rows. When doing it that way, you get 6 rounds of rows between the 1-arm rows and barbell rows. (Note, Jen uses dumbbells for the rows in this - you don't have to have a barbell - that's just what I chose to use.)

About 3/4 of the way through the back exercises, she starts throwing in bicep work to give your back a break from being hinged forward for so long. I definitely appreciated the break as my lower back gets testy after a while, and I don't have the weight belt.

I wish I could give an accurate review of the bicep work in this, but my tennis elbow is still healing, and thus does not tolerate traditional curls or w-curls very much. I had to stay on the lighter side with those, as well as the hinged curls. Fortunately sweeper curls and cross-body curls don't bother my tennis elbow, so I was able to go heavy on those, and they felt challenging for sure. I may eventually switch to hammer or sweeper curls to replace the other traditional-form curls in the future so I can heavy up.

Good shoulder section, as well. I enjoyed the external rotations with the band around my wrists. Felt sneaky.

Most of the sets range from 8-10 reps. I found her pace is bit faster in this than what she does in STS 2.0, so be prepared for that. And her breaks between sets or exercises are pretty short - maybe 30 seconds on average max. At the very start with the 1-arm rows, she doesn't really give you a break at all between the first two sets, so be prepared for some major work with those if you chose to go heavy.

Decent stretch at the end - didn't feel rushed.

Happy to have this in my library. Not sure how frequently this one and the #3 download UB counterpart to this will show up in my future rotations since they both hit shoulders.

Just an FYI @ Kellyro77. one shoulder workout is anterior muscles; the other is posterior muscles. Same split as in RWH, so okay to do them the same week.
Yes - I saw Cathe's explanation earlier in the thread.

Mostly it's that I tend to short-circuit a bit when trying to work in rotations with UB splits in them. I don't have RWH (just the low impact cardio), so no experience with that set. I figure my best reference is following along with XTrain as an example to reference for rotations with these two UB workouts.

Anyway - I think I saw somewhere there's a possibility Cathe may include the pre-sale bonus workouts in a rotation in the user's guide for LMRE, too, so that'll be something to check out, too.
