Okay, someone posted a while ago about Starbucks $4.00 coffees and how bad they are for you....my question is about the cappuccinos you buy at the gas station. I have never been a coffee drinker and don't drink any other coffee...just found these last year and quickly became addicted ! They warmed me up all through fall and winter and who can resist the flavors?? Cinnamon graham cracker, smores, hazelnut and cinnamon roll to name a few. In the fall there was pumpkin spice, around Christmas , candy cane....just at Easter I found chocolate Easter egg!!! And they are affordable, unlike Starbucks, these cost around $1 for a large. (Picture me crusing from gas station to gas station to "scope out" the latest flavors ha!) I KNOW they aren't good for me, I know they are loaded with sugar, but does anyone have any idea about the fat/calorie/caffiene content??? How can I find out? I have pretty much given up dessert, which I used to eat regularly and have these in place, but still, it's not unusual when it's cold to have one or even two LARGE drinks a day!!
Anyone else drink these?
Maybe summer will lesson the cravings, but then watch me replace this addiction with DAIRY QUEEN!!! EEEK!!!
