Hi all
This is just a query. I noticed alot of you do early morning workouts. Some people get up at 4.00am and workout. I just wondered how you stop yourselves getting so tired. I would love to be able to function with little sleep but I just can't seem to manage it. Is there some secret ingredient, lots of water perhaps or energisers. I just can't seem to keep up with everyone.
