Merry Christmas Cathe! Your boys are getting so big!!! I'm right there with you on the excess holiday weight. I gained about 7 this year also.:eek: I know I'll have no trouble losing them with your awesome workouts though.;)

I got your 4 new workouts, but have to wait for Santa to give them to me, and the wait has been killing me! So I'm looking forward to doing them this new year and kicking my butt back into shape.:D
