Holy toledo! I live in HI and shipping costs can get quite prohibitively high for things like kettlebells (and we don't have very good ones here on the island). I have an 8 kg....hmmm....looks like it is time to increase my collection!

I have his clinic dvds....perhaps I should get providence now.

Performbetter.com has shipping for 2.95 on kettlebells right now and they are much cheaper than AOS and very good (anthony helped design them).

Whoa cool! Thanks. I've been looking into getting some heavier ones but hate getting killed on the shipping costs. My UPS guy is going to hate me. The still give me a hard time about buying a punching bag.
