Since they're quite affordable, I would consider getting a set of 3. Cathe uses a pink band with higher resistance in Stretch Max & it seems you'd get a better stretch with less give. I can also see moving to more resistance on the leg presses. I'm feeling tension in my neck using the medium resistance green band for some shoulder exercises. I think I need less resistance so I can get a better range of motion without neck strain. But in the interest of full disclosure, shoulders are a weak muscle group for me.
Bonus! The bands are easy to throw in a suitcase.
