We plan on closing our current forums sometime around midnight tonight to begin the transition to our new Forums. If all goes well we hope to be back up sometime tomorrow, but unexpected problems may cause us to be down for a much longer period. So, let’s hope for the best , but expect the worse.
When we come back online you will need to request a new password when you first try to logging into the server. You may and should continue using your current username.
Though we’re only launching phase one of our new site, it still will be a massive amount of new things for you to explore and learn. Please take your time and don’t let yourself get overwhelmed. It will take us several more weeks to finish uploading all files and to educate everyone on how to use all of the new features in our new site. Though we will have written descriptions for most features up by this weekend, the video tutorials, which will really simplify everything for you, will not be ready for a few more weeks. Our developers will have to at first focus on fixing major bugs, but will try to spend as much time as possible helping everyone in our new support forums. We will also depend on all of you to help each other out like you normally do.
Also, you should be aware that our new site and forums depend on dynamic content that you create. So until users have created content, scheduled workouts, filled out their user control panel, started their blogs, etc., the site will look a little strange.
After about two weeks the site should really start to take shape.
We’re also not sure if some of the new forums we’re adding will be up when we first launch the new site, but they will be up later that day. We just want to first get the new forum up and running before we add the new forums.
So , it is now time to say goodbye to our current forums that have served us so well through the years and it is now time to start a new era.
Hope to see everyone real soon!
