I love the variety - there's something for everyone - yoga, pilates, etc.
I find the No Equipment one to be quite a challenge! Maybe its the length, but if you think you're in for an easier ab workout, guess again! That one kills!
Lately, I've been neglecting these ab workouts (all good intentions). Let me tell you I took for granted how strong my abs/core was until I laid off the exercises. So, obviously it's very important to keep up the ab work!
