Supercuts from XTRAIN is similar but I like Flextrain better. You might even want to try Drill Max. It's rounds of cardio, compound, upper and lower body.
I also love Flex Train!
Athletic Training I think is a bit close to Flex Train.
I also love Circuit Blast and the Bootcamp workout.
You might also like Afterburn and the High Step Training workouts.
