Hi Cathe I am 53 and don't have a lot of flexibility like I used to for example I can't do ab workouts that require me to do a situp and get off the floor. Is there anything I can do to help me to get off the floor?? Or any exercises that I can do to get me more flexible? Thank you
Well it just so happens that Cathe just came out with Perfect 30 mobility. It’s really nice and helps you improve range of motion/flexibility. I really enjoy and feel the benefits.
To improve flexibility, you should exercise regularly. The exercises themselves are not so important, the main thing is constantly. I think you have already found the answer to your question, so I want to wish you good luck!
