Fitnessfreak- Question about you Sept. 2008 Leg Rotation

I was just wondering if you think this is a good rotation for me and my goals. I'm 22 years old, 5'7 and about 160 lbs. I'm a meso/endo and my goal isn't SO much a weight goal, but more I just wanna drop a lot of body fat so that the muscle i have underneath can really pop out. (But I wouldn't mind if the scale were to read something around 150 lbs.) My problem area is definitely my legs and butt. They are always the last place I start to lose fat. Now I know that being somewhat of a mesomorph that my body responds well to weight training. 9its pretty easy for me to bulk up and gain muscle.) And I can see that this rotation doesn't have TOO much weights. Do you think that will be a problem for me? I am also a endo in the way that I can gain weight easily if I don't watch. Which is why i like the 3 days of cardio on this rotation.

I dunno.. what do you think? Knowing my goals and body type do you think this is a good rotation for me? If not, would you mind suggestion another? (Could be one of yours or Cathe's.) Thanks so much!

Well, you definitely won't lose muscle doing this rotation but you probably won't gain any either. This would be a good one to do to trim up the lower body. I say give it a try!
 
Debbie, do you think this rotation will help me lose body fat all over or just on my lower half? My legs are the hardest place for me to lose it, but I would like to trim the fat I've accumulated over the holidays from my lower stomach and upper arms.

It will help all over but it targets more the legs. Hopefully you'll get good results with it. Let me know when you complete it. I'd be interested in hearing how it worked for you.

Maybe keep track of your weight and inches. That helps with seeing the results.
