Fitness Freak - Calorie Q

Hi Debbie!
I was wondering if you could let me know, when you have some time, the amount of calories I need to maintain my current weight and also to lose some weight? I looked around on some websites for this info but I got about 3 different numbers! I know you've helped people in the past with this and they've had success, so I'll trust what you tell me! :)

I am 30 years old, 5'4 and currently weigh 131.8. At my fitest I was a solid 123, but I wouldn't mind being around 125 again. I am active for about an hour per day, sometimes I do Cathe and sometimes other workouts. But I do workout 5 times per week.

To maintain your weight you need to eat 1990 calories a day. To lose weight eat between 1400-1600 calories a day. The formula has you being able to eat as low as 1393 but I don't recommend it. I'd stick with at least 1400 if not 1450 a day. If you find you are hungry during the day then up it to 1500-1600 and see how that goes for you.

i was wondering about calories i need, when you have a minute. i'm 5'4 weigh 102. i'm breastingfeeding 5 month old triples. i workout 2 hours 6 days a week. thanks bunches :)
