Did you know incline push ups are easier than standard ground level push-ups? The Fit Tower allows you to do incline push-ups at different height levels. The higher you place the "barre" the easier it is to do an incline push-up. Since the barre is adjustable on the FiT Tower you can do incline push-ups at several different height levels. In the same way you can do pyramid and drop sets with a barbell by removing or adding weights to the bar, you can change the intensity of an incline push-up by simply adjusting the height of the barre where you place your hands on the Fit Tower.
