There's a story behind this exercise. I recall seeing a clip of a girl lifting with a band on cathlete's FB page.;):D:D, clip below.
I remember few of us praying cathe wouldn't see the clip.we prayed so hard hopping she wouldn't get ideas. Now look what is happening.:D
