Very nicely done on yesterday's workouts with:a blender of chest, back, shoulders & legs. High Fives!

Then Today was a Ski, Ropeless
jump rope and tubing circuit workout I created in the Interval timer app, was 28 min. Bravo and WTG on both days workouts aweseome job!;)

I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

It's a beautiful sunny day here at 61 degrees in Oregon. Not hot, sunny, and a nice gentle breeze. In Oregon thatis pretty awesome, love it!

Hi Nora, wanted to say hello & great job on your workouts this week :)

I am feeling pretty much better, but boy, I was out of it a couple days. Not Covid, but
I think I had a triple whammy, starting with impacted ear then tummy ache, almost
passing out in the yard and a gas leak outside my house, all in 2 days. Was in ER for
5-6 hrs, and several tests, but nothing really showed. I didn’t really eat anything for about 3 days so lost some weight I didn’t have to lose, as I am already very small, so
now trying to at least get those pounds back. I did do a short upper body Blender
workout today with a YT Phoenix Nation 25 min. Full body resistance tubing & jump rope workout, but I didn’t “knock myself out” :). Have a good weekend.
 
Sunday workouts:

Blender - Lower Body workout - 15 min.
IFit Max it Out Elliptical Time Crunch workout # 2 - 18 min.
Interval Pro App - Elliptical Bootcamp - 18 min.

Today I did one of the CL Kickboxing workouts that I had purchased, did warmup, couple combos and
core on the floor & stretch....worked out to be about 37 min. Added on YT-CrossRope 10 min. Beginner
JR & Standing Core workout. That's it !

It's been getting warmer here too. Infact, for me its been too hot lately in the low to mid 70's. Between my MS and menopause its been to warm for my liking its been very humid here to although 70's sounds like great temps but when factoring in humidity its been to hot for me.
Great job BTW on today's workouts with the following workouts:

Blender - STS Chest Muscle Meltdown - 21 min. YT - Phoenix Nation- 10 min. JR & Kettlebells Workout .

Today I did:
KCM Power Splits dvd- Upper & Lower Body workouts with no finishers…
KCM Raw Stepboxing workout on CardioFit dvd
Interval Pro Timer App workout that I created- “Ropeless Jump Rope & Full Body Dumbbells” - 23 min.

it is like in the 90’s here, so probably it for the workouts today….
