Leslie Sansone- Walk It Off in 30 Days- Firm 30= 31 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- HIIT HIIT BOOM - 25 minute HIIT Indoor Cycling Class= 28 Min
YT-Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- The After Party- Tabata HiiT= 12 Min

Hi Nora, good job on your walking & spinning workouts today.
Yes, I survived, but a little stiff & sore in places.

Tonight I did a blender- Ice Mixed Bi’s, Tri’s & Standing Abs. Not too strenuous,
So that was good. Take care.

Great job on your workout yesterday with a blender- Ice Mixed Bi’s, Tri’s & Standing Abs. That sounds like a keeper. I like to do abs and now trying the standing abs I think like those a little bit more than conventional ab work on the floor. So, did you get your new KCM dvd's yet? So far I have not, just getting antsy I guess.

WTG Nora, a lot of good workouts today....No, I haven't received the dvds yet,
I was later preordering, so I don't know when to expect them...

I was off today, didn't get much done, but did do some fun workouts...

IFit studio rowing workout
Peloton Warmup ride on bike, followed by a blender add-on, "Quick Fix Abs add-on"
Peloton Warmup treadmill walk, followed by a blender add-on, "Weights add-on"
And I did the Warmup, and second half of Coffeyfit Raw Step & Pump (I did the
First part a few days ago). That's one of my favorite workouts in Raw...

WTG on yesterday's workout with an IFit studio rowing workout
Peloton Warmup ride on bike, followed by a blender add-on, "Quick Fix Abs add-on,"Peloton Warmup treadmill walk, followed by a blender add-on, "Weights add-on", And I did the Warmup, and second half of Coffeyfit Raw Step & Pump. Wow, good job on hitting all the bases on your workout, awesome job. High fives:);)

Hi Nora, no workouts today, we had more snow and for me, more shoveling. :(
And it's bitter cold here tonight.....

I did purchase and download this week's CatheLive, Total Body Circuit. I liked
The looks of it and decided it would be a keeper!

No KCM's yet.....I haven't seen anyone post at VF that have received them.
 
Hi Nora, if I sounded tired yesterday, I was. But today I have decided not to clean, and I did laundry yesterday as well, so today is workout day.

So far, today has been

IFIT studio elliptical workout - 31 min.
Peloton 20 min. Treadmill Bootcamp
Coffeyfit Raw Heavy Bag Finisher - roughly 12 min. With short stretch

Tonight I hope to do one of the premixes on Kelly’s Strong & Lean dvd- one that
Mixes both workouts. We shall see......

I see that someone on VF posted that they got their new Kelly dvds today....

I had my Covid-19 Booster yesterday so I'm going to take it easy. My right arm hurts from the injection.

Back again, I see that I posted Saturday & Sunday workouts above, but not
Yesterday.
So Monday was Coffeyfit Raw Get up & Move cardio warmup with a blender-
Lower Body with Loops add-on. Also, another blender- Up, Down & All Around
#2 with stability ball & weights.
Tonight was a blender - On the Go-Shoulders, Biceps & Chest.

I previewed KCM’s dvds and I believe I am gonna love these....in the Cardio one,
She has Jane as a modifier and I am so thankful for that.....and the premixes
Are pretty neat.....and of course, each dvd has a Raw workout. One is
Step boxing and the other is Tabata Sculpting Ladder. These are both fairly
New on Raw and when she told me in an email which ones they were, I have done them both and liked them both a lot. Both of them are right under 30 min.
I think. Right up my alley! Hope you get yours soon, if not already.

Hi Linda,

I did not workout today. I have not received my Kelly workouts, but I did email her about it and waiting for her reply.

I did got to see the orthopedic doctor today about my shoulder and he thought my mobility was good and Xrays were good today and cut me loose with the one caveot it I have any pain to let him know. I will still keep up with my downloaded physical therapy exercises to do after shoulder fracture for a good long while about a year as the bone will continue remodel from injury.

Hi Nora, did you get your dvds, or hear from Kelly? I see on VF that some are still receiving theirs, even today...
I have only done the one Power Splits premix, but have watched most of both and I really do like them.

Tonight I did her NYC dvd, I picked the Cappuccino premix. It was already on my “schedule” so I went ahead with it..

Great job with Leslie & Kayleigh!
