Oh sorry I guess I missed it. Really great workout yesterday with Raw Ripped & Ride workouts was a longer one (44-45 min), followed about 30 Min then decided to stretch. Then added on a blender called "On the Go-Back, Triceps & Legs". Wow! that does sound like fun. I've been curious about KCM's bike workouts, you know how I love those.

When I bought mine I think it was just under $700 The IC4 was about $1000. I love my Sunny Bike I have road over 2,000 Miles on it and still enjoy it. I noticed my bike is now $519 great buy. I'm tempted to buy a second one as a back up. We'll see.
