Yes, the blender is part of the OnDemand subscription, that includes CatheLive
Classes too.
Yes, I preordered the new dvds too, they sound interesting.
Tonight, another walk, and then I did a premix from Kelly's Upper Body Supersets.
I really like that workout, she does some interesting moves in that workout that
I enjoy, like reverse grip bench press, connect a press, and the Tate press for
Triceps.

Hi Nora, yes, I was betting on a Tabata Friday! I was able to do a little more this
Evening. After our walk, I did 2 blender workouts....1st was Step All Around which
Was the warmup from CrossTrain Step & Intervals, Body Max2 bonus combo,
Cool down from Low Max & stretch from Cardio Party. Quite a mix!
The other blender workout was Upper/Lower Body Split Session which was all weights.
Both were good little workouts....have a good weekend......
 
Hi Nora, hope you have a nice Mothers Day tomorrow. Today I did the warmup,
Kickboxing with light dumbbells, and cool down from Kelly's Body Design.
That's probably it, cause I also cleaned & did laundry....off for a shower!

I guess yesterday was my day, apparently it was National Dog Mom day! How
Neat, I did not know about that until I read it on another thread...today's workouts
Have been a blender Warmups workout, warmup from Cardio Party, Upper body
Warmup with weights from Chiseled Upper Body and The barbell warmup from
STS Total Body plus cool down & stretch. All that in 23 min.! Then I jumped
On the elliptical for a little and finished with a Peloton treadmill class. Later
This evening I hope to do a mix from Kelly's Split Sessions DVD.

I hope you had a great Monday and are having a terrific Tuesday! I like Tuesday's because one of my favorite shows is on tonight, NCIS.
What's are some of your favorite shows? I had to shorten yesterday's treadmill run so I could get done in time to go to see
"Dective Pikchu" at the threatre with hubby. He is an avid Pokemon go player on his smart phone and I help him play too! Pokemon go is a fun game and its fun to have others around you that know what is etc. The movie "Dective Pikachu" is based on that game with its characters. Its so darn cute!
I'm sure you had a fun monday workout and hope you do today as well.

Tonight I did a short blender Lite Legs workout.

Favorite tv shows? I don't really have a favorite, I tend to watch the old comedy
Sitcoms like Everybody loves Raymond, Golden Girls, etc....they always make
Me laugh.....I like some of the reality shows on TLC, like Outdaughtered, Sweet
Sextuplets, My 600lb life, and on the food channel I like Diners, Drive-ins & Dives.
I know, I have weird tastes :). I only watch an hour or so of tv each night, and
Usually fall asleep even then.

Then yesterday you did a short blender Lite Legs workout, that is awesome, as always well done on your wokouts, Way To GO!!!

I like old sit com's too. I like the following old sit com's: The Nanny, Everybody Loves Raymond, That 70's Show and many more.
I also love the following non-comedy ones like: Murder, She Wrote, Diagnosis Murder, Quincy, Matlock etc...
On the more contemporary side I watch the following, Criminal Minds, NCIS, NCIS New Orleans, NCIS Los Angeles, CSI, S.W.A.T.
On a lighter note the following : The Big Bang Thweory, Young Sheldon, The Orginal Magnum P.I, and I think that's pretty much it,
Oh and I love watching Family Feud with Host Steve Harvey.

Of my favorite workouts.
Back in the day, I was a Dallas, Knots Landing, Dynasty, & Melrose Place tv shows
Junkie!! I was glued to the tv each week on those....:).

WTG on your workout!!! I love Kelly's workouts and Build and Burn is a favorite of mine. Yes, I loved Dallas, Knots Landing, Falcon Crest, Dynasty and more back in the day. Remember when there was a huge cliff hanger on Dallas, Who Shot JR? LOL!! Good times!
