Bike, did you get it thru Amazon? My little Sunny bike is a pink one with white on
It, I got it thru Walmart, not much adjustments to it, but it serves my purpose :) and
Fits me pretty good. I had a Proform upright before, I loved that bike, but it was
An older one and I couldn't find another one like it :(

Tonight was an Ifit studio elliptical workout, "Tabata Legs & Arms", fun workout!

Linda, what was your blender express version of PHA Supersets? I don't have the blender and have been thinking about getting it.

Had another good work out today! Did Lean Legs and Abs with Stretch Max #2 Stability Ball.
Gym tonight was:
EMOM x 14
A.) 10 Clean and Jerk @ 95/55 - My weight 25 lbs.
-Max Distance Shuttle run
B.) Rest
SC 75/45

*This will end up being 7 rounds, CJ weight should be Moderate NOT HEAVY

He has us doing conditioning this week.

Hey Nicki, boy you killed it! You listed another type of workout I like too, EMOM!
RowVigor (another app I use for rowing classes) has a EMOM workout, like on the
Rower for 1 min. Then off doing kettlebell exercises, each for a min. Then back on
Rower 1 min. & off, & so on.....it's fun!

Now, the blender, I have been hooked on that thing since the beginning! I hate to
Admit it, but I now have 825 workouts in my blender library ! Yes, I know, a bit
Much....but it's so much darn fun to make my own workouts in it.....PHA Supersets
Was a recent Live workout that I really like, so I blended my own shorter one in
The blender....warmup, 2 upper body exercises, then 2 lower body, repeat all
Those and then another round of 2 Upper & 2 lower & repeat...then stretch.
My warmup was from one of the FT workouts, then I used chapters from some
Of the PHA dvds, & Lite, and the stretch was from Bodyweight & Bands workout.
I think you can try OnDemand For a trial period...

I had to do a lot of errands today and my Thursday workout got pushed back to Saturday. So Saturday I will do today's workout to make up for it.

Linda- I did not put my bike together but my DH did for me. He said it went together easy and was much much better built bike than the MaxKare Stationary Bike Belt Drive Indoor Cycling Bike 44lbs Flywheel & Pulse Sensor LCD Monitor. Great job on your Ifit & Peleton workouts yesterday, way to go & high fives!!

Drills. Whew! But it was a lot of fun. First time I tried it since I blended it....will
Be doing it again soon I imagine..

Hi Nora & Nicki, great job with your boxing & Tabatacise today Nora!

Off today, so I have gotten in several workouts....

This AM I did RowVigor Rowing & Core workout, followed by YouTube Regatta Focus Stretch on the rower. Did a bit more rowing with BitGym on Truckee River, Tahoe.

Next was Kelly’s Coffeyfit Raw Ripped & Ride - 35 min. Followed with short elliptical Hike with BitGym in Bogota, Columbia.

Just finished a live IFit treadmill bootcamp studio workout, “Speed & Sculpt”
Which was about 32 min. First “live” IFit workout I have done and I enjoyed it.
When it was over, it said the workout would be added to their workout library
Soon, so it sounds like I will be able to do it again sometime.

I am tired now... don’t know if I will do anything else tonight or not......

This morning was my Saturday gym class and it was rough! Been cleaning house most of the day.

Great job with your cycling workouts & Upper body plus abs. Yep, I counted my
Workouts from last Thursday night thru today and I counted 21! Granted, some of
Them were shorter, but could explain why my "you know what" is draggin'. :)
Anyway, I enjoyed my little 4 day marathon....
