Tonight was the weighted boxing & bodyweight legs premix from Kelly's Cardio
Sculpt Overload DVD. I used my vest & egg weights.. have you watched Cathe's
Clips? I like the looks of the lower body one and have finally decided that I will
Like most of the Low Impact one too....the newer moves look fun. I hope we get
Them in October.....

Today I made up for not working out on Sunday! Too sore from Saturday! By the way, our Trainer said tonight he did the work out he gave us Saturday and apologized for working us so hard. LOL
I did LIS Lower Body Trisets, Hardcore Stretch Max #2 and Hardcore Core Max #2. Then, I went to my gym class tonight. :p I should sleep GOOD tonight!

Tonight was 2 shorter workouts, my blender version of Cardio Step Bootcamp
Express, and CatheLive Burn Sets Express Heavy Legs (I only did the warmup,
First 2 rounds & stretch). That was enough for tonight. The mobility clip today
Looks very interesting. Nora, I am sure if you worked like out today, it was a good
One!

Sorry for the late workout & check in lots of errands today and got a late start on workouts but got it done.

Nicki- great workout Monday workout with LIS Lower Body Trisets, Hardcore Stretch Max #2, and Hardcore Max #2, and after all that went to gym class too! WOW!! You go girl, you are awesome, double high fives!

Linda- Great job on today's workout 2 shorter workouts with a blender version of Cardio Step Bootcamp
Express, and CatheLive Burn Sets Express Heavy Legs doing just warm up 1st 2 rounds & Stretch. You are getting done today, well done, high fives!

Yesterday I did IMAX4, Core Max 2 and Stretch Max 2 and went to 6:00 gym class.
Today I did Turbo Barre all sections! I love this workout!!!!

Sorry for the late check in.

Linda- High fives on yesterday's workout. Ifit treadmill walk at Dunvegan Castle in Scotland. Also did A 30 min. Peloton Bike Bootcamp class. Wow! Those all sound like fun, WTG!!;) My Mother-in-law had a fall and injured her knee with swelling and bruising complete. She did not want to go to the doctor. So we suggested she should stay off her feet, elevate, and ice the knee which she is doing. My Father-in-law is doing ok. He has mild dementia, but is hanging in there.

Nicki- Wow, great workouts with: IMAX4, Core Max 2 and Stretch Max 2 and went to 6:00 gym class. Then you went to do a gym class, and doing Turbo Barre. Bravo WTG!!!;)

Hello Nora and Linda!
Late checking in because I have been totally engrossed in college football. SEC started yesterday!! My team is the Georgia Bulldogs!! GO DAWGS!
Friday my workout was Yoga Relax.
Yesterday I did the Saturday morning class.
We did 5 sets of six reps BB Deadlifts - my weight was 75 lbs.
Our conditioning was
40s on: 20s rest x3 each station

1. Cal bike
2. Farmers carry 30’ @55/35 (1:2)
3. Cal row
4. Sled push 30’ @45/empty (1:2)

Today I am taking a rest much needed rest day.
Back at it tomorrow with Muscle Max.

General question to both of you - what brand treadmills do you have? I thought I heard Peloton and Ifit.
I don't have one and use the one at the gym. I'll have to check and see if there are any workouts.

Hey Nicki, my treadmill is Proform & my bike is Sunny Health & Fitness. I just
Use the Ifit & Peloton apps to do workouts. My favorite is Ifit app, up until several
Months ago, you could only use the Ifit app if you had their equipment, but they
Changed that and now you can follow any of their workouts with your own
Equipment. I use the Ifit app with my tread, bike, elliptical & rower. My elliptical is
Also Proform and rower is Concept 2.

Good Morning girls. Today was a short workout, Ifit google maps bike ride in
NYC, then followed that with a Peloton 5 min. cool down ride & one of their 5 min.
Post-ride stretches.
