Nicki- So sorry I am late to answer your question. My Spin bike is Sunny Health & Fitness Synergy Pro Magnetic Indoor Cycling Bike, and my treadmill I can't use anymore due to two serious falls is a Nordic Track Commercial Treadmill. As for workouts for those I use YouTube free spin workouts, Virtual Active dvds & Cardio Coach.

Finished doing a short dvd mix of IMAX step combos & the warmup, 2nd
Round & stretch of CatheLive PHA Supersets. Then today did another great workouts with: Ifit google maps bike ride in NYC, then followed that with a Peloton 5 min. cool down ride & one of their 5 min. Post-ride stretches. Double high fives on all your workouts completed, amazing stuff bravo!

Good evening, ladies!

Kudos to both of you on your workouts!!!

Today I did Muscle Max and Total Body Stretching #2 SB. I went to the gym today and we worked on our 1RM for squat press. My 1RM is 90 lbs. We then did 5 sets of rows - one minute on, 30 seconds rest and then the bikes all for calories. I should sleep good tonight!!!

Hi girls, great workouts with Gina, Nora, her workouts do look fun! Back to your "killer" gym again, Nicki, way
to workout! I miss the gym, I used to go to the fitness center here, I was a member for years, I loved going,
it just seemed like I wasn't getting there enough to keep the membership. I love working out in the pool, especially doing step in the pool, I still have my Speedo aqua step, I won't part with that !!!
I guess yesterday was somewhat of a rest day, I did the Ifit bike workout in the morning before work, and then
last night I didn't do anything more. Tonight I did the 2 Supersets Premix from Kelly's Build & Burn Upper Body
Supersets dvd. I have always liked that workout. It's neat that one of her sons is in it with her.
That's about it !!!

Do an Ifit elliptical hike in the Swiss Alps, so that's good, about a 20 min. Workout.

Linda- Good for you taking yesterday as a rest day. Then today you did

Today I did Strong & Sweaty Boot Camp, S&S Bonus Abs, 2 miles on Expresso Bike at gym, and gym class:

Cal bike/cal row/shuttle run
Thrusters
Sit ups
Box jumps or step up

I was really hoping to have the Perfect 30s this week but I will have to be patient and wait.

Hey Nicki, boy, you made up your workouts today, didn't ya'....great choices..
I really like AMRAP workouts....there is a rowing workout I do that is AMRAP,
And some of the others I do in Ifit & Peloton have AMRAP sections.

Tonight I did my blender express version of PHA Supersets.

I thought maybe we would have some news today about the dvds, but I didn't see
Anything. :(

I know I think we are all getting anxious for Perfect 30 arrive. When they do ship it will be back to stalking tht UPS guy again. LOL!! I've
had to dial back the intensity on my workouts due to a possible fractured finger. I can't afford to go to doctor or get x-ray.
