I can't believe I did it! As of this morning, I am DONE with my first ever rotation of STS - and of any rotation at all!
I loved it! Need to work harder next time around. Now that I know how the workout is laid out and the basic routine, I can really push for my max and who knows what my results will be!
I had great results as it is - improving my muscle definition and overall fitness level, but I know I'll do even better next time!
It scare me a little now that it's over since I've been doing it for 6 1/2 months! I do have my next month's rotations worked out, but I'm a little bit nervous anyway. I guess I just got comfortable in STS!
So, I'm already looking forward to the next round which should roll up around November again. Between a couple of months to do different rotations, then training for my October 10K, that's when it'll come up again!
