FINALLY starting STS!!

I've owned STS for almost a year now and I'm FINALLY starting it. I attempted to start it last summer, but life got in the way. I'm all set to start tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it!!

You will love STS for sure.

I finished my first STS round few weeks ago. I am very happy with the result. Definition in my shoulders is the one I love the most
My legs have leaned out, scale finally budged (was not aiming to but I am very happy), inch loss, more defined glute to a point it is hard to hide it sometimes!!, Triceps have defined (love it love it) and last not least I have gained strength . I also enjoyed an healthy clean eating
