Don't get me wrong; I'm very excited that STS is shipping. Butu I'm worried that when it gets here, I'll have no idea how to use it best. I've seen posts that there will be rotations. I was under the impression that you just started with Meso 1 and work your way through. If you're doing the 6 month, then you just do each week twice. Is this wrong? Is a rotation better? Has Cathe said how she will be doing it? Also, are the cardio suggestions coming with STS or just being posted on the workout manager. And then there is the work out card. I'm not sure how this fits in. I'm assuming if you're doing a section of Meso 1, there will be an option to print that particular DVD and all our 1RM tests (or weights it's going to tell us to use) will print for us. HELP!!
