Favorite Yoga workout and/or instructor?

Hi everyone;

I've done a very little yoga and would like to incorporate it into my workout routine. What are your favorites?

Bryan Kest. Go to www.poweryoga.com and order. They charge way too much at collagevideo. I have his original workouts 1,2,3. They just put them on DVD and I ordered as I have not had a VCR for some time. I was VERY happy about that.

He is nice eye candy also . . . . tehehe

I have heard about Bryan Kest being eye candy. Thanks for the site...I started Yoga with P90X..crazy I know....I did pick up a VHS of Baron Baptiste Power Yoga Level 2 at Target for $6.99 to alternate with P90X during my rotation...I liked it alot and will look into Bryan......Carole

Alexis made a gift of Eoin Finn's Yoga for Happinessto me and it's wonderful. The DVD has a myriad of workouts of all lengths. It's thourough, grounded and my favorite!
