Favorite of the Body Blast?

I made the mistake of just getting Step Jump and Pump on video..I love it soo much I wish I would have gotten on DVD with Step Blast. Do you have a favorite out of the series? I can't get enough of SJ&P..too much FUN!!!

I love KPC and also the Legs and Glutes workouts. Both are fun, unique and pose some different challenges to master.

I am REALLY liking what both of these tapes are doing for the bod..
KPC has been great for the core, and the legs and glutes is excellent and quite different from any of Cathe's other workouts.

If you are looking to add to the collection, my suggestion would be those two.

SJP is my favorite too! I really love the Push Pull and Supersets DVD as well! All of the Bodyblast workouts are excellent and super fun too!
 
SJP is great! They all are. I like Stepblast alot too. I agree with Lynn especially if step might not be your favorite...KPC/Legs & Glutes would be a great DVD.....or like some of us....get them all...:)...Carole
 
I'm working on it:) My husband is in the military and is in pretty great shape..he watches Cathe in awe:D "How many pushups did she just do?":)
 
I love the Body Blast series mostly for the premixes. My favorites from favorite to least favorite(which is not very least favorite!) are as follows:
1.)KPC/L&G b/c of the 82 min. premix
2.)SS/PP - for the premixes galore!
3.)SB/SJP - for the Step & Hi/Lo cardio circuit premix
4.)Timesaver
Love them all!

My favorite is KPC, then Legs and Glutes, then SJP, then StepBlast, then the Timesavers, then PushPull, then Supersets. Actually, I don't like PP/SS, but am making the best of it.
 
Step Blast is awesome, I love the challenge with the blasts at the end, you feel like getting a really good cardioworkout at the end, and time just flies doing it. Legs and glutes was reallyl tough for me at least, I was really sore after! It worked the lower body fantastically though, I would have to say it's almost my favourite lower body workout (at this time at least).
