I am starting an Intensity Series rotation this week. when I recieved the IS I was fully symptomatic of PF and I have done Cardio and Weights and BootCamp but so long ago I hardly remeber them. ME I have done quite bit and love. What's your favorite workout and any ideas of how to incorporate the series into a moderate strength and intense but foot friendly cardio program? I think sticking to moderate but intense cadio will work best and I think IS fits that bill? During my heavy phase I got a little too enthused a few times and did full heavy strength with StepWorks, Step Blast and KPC. I did ok but I know I am going tao hae to take it easy or my feet will fail. Maybe I should combine cadio and weights or alternae them? Whats your favorite high rep, ow wieght workout and what cardio do you favor with them?
