Arrowhead Mills steel cut oats with a scoop of soy protein powder and soy milk. Amazing.

I like Dee's Cereal http://www.deescereal.net/ with a 1/2 scoop of vanilla protien powder, mix with soymilk. Check the site to see if it's available in your area. Otherwise you'll need to order it.

ingredients: Almonds, Bananas, Barley, Brown Rice, Corn, Cranberries, Flax Seed, Garbanzo Bean, Millet, Raisins, Sesame Seed, Sunflower Seed, Oat Groats, Rolled Oats, Oat Bran, Whole Wheat

Kashi GoLean is also a favorite.

Sunnyside-

That cereal looks DELISH!!! What do the bananas look like? Are they freeze dried?

Is it weird to eat a cold cereal (stored in the fridge)?

Thanks for recommending this!! I'm bummed- I'll have to order it.

Like others, I love that Kashi Go Lean Crunch. I eat it almost every morning. It really fills me up and I'm not starving by lunch time!

One of my all-time favorites is Cascadian Farms Hearty Morning cereal. It's got 8 grams of dietary fiber. But I'm bummed as I recently moved (just one state over) and I haven't been able to find it anywhere!

Hi Amy, The bananas are freeze dried and very small. I keep this cereal in the freezer. I don't eat it cold, I cook it in the microwave.

Here's how I make it:

I add 1/2 scoop vanilla protien powder to about 1/4 cup dry cereal. Then I add Vanilla soymilk until covered. I microwave for about 1 min. Then stir and add frozen blueberries and cook 1 to 1 1/2 min. more.

I didn't even think about eating it cold, but I quess you could. Might be good in yogurt....Hmm.:9
