Favorite body part to work/favorite and least fav exercises.

Favorites: triceps, chest, legs, abdominals, core
Least favorites: biceps, back (weight work)
Indifferent: shoulders

Favorite exercises:
*one armed tricep dips (even though these kill me)
*drop set of push ups in GS chest
*chest flys and working the hamstring at the same time because your foot is on the high step (have no idea what this move is called and was completely confused the first time I did it...but now I love it!)
*all kickboxing leg work
*deadlifts
*tucks on the stability ball

Least favorite exercises:
*rows (I detest them)
*pikes on the stability ball (always feel like I'm going to land on my head)

I just love Cathe's workouts because they force me to balance all of my muscles. When I'm at the gym I tend to want to just use my favorite weight machines which doesn't provide a good balance.

Least faves:

The windmills in KPC - I feel like an elephant!

Push-ups - lymphedema waiting to happen

Anything tuck-jump - too jarring

Plie jacks - ouch!

Hi/Lo - bouncing around - that's hard!

Side leg extensions on the step (see windmills)



Likes - just about everything else!!!

I like all body parts but lower body work is my favorite. My least fav is chest, I hate pushups.
