Shereta, good luck with the caffeine withdrawl. It's the only thing that gets me out of bed in the morning, so I won't be joining you. I'm with you on the artificial sweetner though, yuck. Be careful that you know how your coffee is being decaffeinated, some of those solvents they use are nasty.
Yesterday I did Step Blast and added in the step portion only of SJP; with the abs, it ended up being only 75 minutes. Today was M3D26 plyo legs and some of M1D9 legs. Added in some STS abs later in the day. Saturday is a planned day off, I can't wait.
Not sure what I'll do for cardio tomorrow, I think I need something new...
